A movement challenge for the whole month of May! Every day you will be required to move 5km or the equivalent of 30 minutes of exercise! However it is up to you how you move - Whether you run, walk, ride, gym, swim, you can even mix and match, you choose how you move!

Regular physical activity is crucial for mental and physical well-being, reducing depression and anxiety symptoms. Yet, one in four adults globally fails to meet recommended levels, doubling the risk of diseases like cardiovascular issues and diabetes. Our challenge encourages consistent movement for overall health. Join us in promoting 'a healthy mind in a healthy body' and facilitating community initiatives for mental health management and awareness
